Rockingham firefighters quickly brought a shed fire under control on Tuesday.
Crews were called to Lonsdale Crescent in Waikiki after reports smoke was coming from a property at 10am.
Thick black smoke could be seen billowing from the street several kilometres away.
A Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said firefighters from Rockingham and Hope Valley arrived to find the rear shed on fire.
Firefighters had the blaze under control by 10:19am.
DFES said the cause was accidental and the damage bill estimated the damage bill at $20,000
An ambulance were also at the scene, however, it is not clear if anyone was injured.
St John Ambulance has been contacted for comment.
