WA Police have allegedly uncovered drugs at a property south of Rockingham on Friday.
Rockingham detectives carried out a search warrant on a Mornington Boulevard home, near Jersey Way, in Waikiki after intel suggested drugs were being produced at the location.
Officers allegedly discovered a cannabis grow lab at the unit located near the Waikiki Private Hospital.
Police seized technical equipment and several crops from the property.
Charged are expected to be laid.
