An investigation is underway after a Warnbro massage parlour was targeted on Monday night.
Firefighters and police were called to the Halliburton Avenue shop front, near the Warnbro Centre, after it was reported to be on fire just after 8am on Tuesday.
Surrounding business workers noticed the parlour had it’s windows kicked in and a strong smell of smoke coming from inside when they arrived for work.
Firefighters from Rockingham found signs of forced entry and fire damage.
Within minutes local detectives had established a crime scene.
A woman, who works at the parlour, told Skeer Media she would be out of pocket as it was her only source of income.
Investigators spent most of Tuesday gathering evidence at the scene.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services estimates the damage bill to be $25,000.
Anyone with information or who may have saw any suspicious activity in the area throughout the hours of Monday night and into Tuesday morning is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
