Homicide squad officers are investigating after a man died from sustaining serious injuries outside a Mandurah venue on Saturday night.
The Falcon man was located with life-threatening injuries outside Sunbreakers Restaurant on Mandurah Terrace about 7pm but died in hospital a day later.
Detectives and forensics spent Sunday gathering evidence at the scene as they try and piece together what happened.
St John Ambulance took the 56-year-old to Peel Health Campus before he was transferred to Fiona Stanley Hospital.
The man passed away on Sunday as a result of his injuries.
