Police are investigating a burglary which saw two vehicles stolen from Murray Engineering in Pinjarra overnight.
The burglary was believed to be reported to police about 7:15am, after staff discovered a hole in the fence and equipment missing when they turned up for work.
It’s understood those responsible cut through a metal fence to access the Munday Avenue property sometime between 5pm Sunday and 4.30am on Monday.
Police say the offenders entered the premises and stole numerous items, including two brand new Landcruiser utility vehicles.
One of the vehicles was a duel cab and the other a single cab.
Both of the Landcruisers had no trays on them when they were stolen and may look like the one pictured below.
A new 79 Series Landcruiser, believed to be the type of vehicle stolen, is valued at $75,000 to $85,000 according to a Toyota source.
Murray Engineering have been contacted for comment.
Investigators are urging anyone with any information or who may have seen the vehicles to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
