Woman escapes serious injury after Singleton crash

A woman has walked away unscathed after a crash in Singleton overnight.

The single-vehicle crash happened on Mandurah Road, several metres north of the Singleton Beach Road intersection.

It’s understood, the woman was heading northbound about 9:50pm, when the Holden Commodore veered off the road and crashed into thick scrub.

The woman was witnessed in the back of a patrol car but a police spokesman couldn’t confirm if an arrest was made.

St John Ambulance attended the crash but police said the woman didn’t receive any injuries.
