L-plate driver crashes metres from Falcon Hungry Jacks entrance

An L-plate driver has crashed metres from the front entrance of a Hungry Jacks fast food outlet in Falcon on Monday.

About 8:50pm, St John Ambulance was called to the scene along Old Coast Road where the driver had managed to launch a Ford Falcon sedan onto bike racks at the front of the store.

The force of the crash left the two back wheels of the car hanging in the air as its back end was propped up onto the racks.

A WA Police spokesman said the four occupants in the car received minor bruising.

The Hungry Jacks carpark was lit up with emergency lights as two ambulances, a police car and two tow truck attended the scene.
