A man died as a result of his injuries after a car accident on South Western Highway in Coolup/Waroona on Friday December 21.
About 9:40pm, a Black Holden Commodore travelling north on South Western Highway crossed onto the wrong side of the road and crashed into a tree near Tallathalla Road in Waroona.
The 28-year-old Waroona driver died at the scene, a passenger was taken to Peel Health Campus with serious injuries and two others received minor injuries.
Investigators are asking for two motorcycle riders that were travelling south along South Western Highway, about 9:30pm, between Pinjarra and Waroona, that may have witnessed the crash to come forward.
